Mi presento: mi chiamo Anne e sono Francese.

Con mio marito Stefano dopo aver soggiornato per tanti anni a Roma e Viterbo ci siamo trasferiti nel 2009 a Vitorchiano in un casale a soli cinque km. da Viterbo centro e dalle Terme dei Papi. Per due anni ci siamo dedicati alla ristrutturazione di questa casa di campagna dove già dall'inizio eravamo propensi ad aprire un Bed and Breakfast. Nel 2011 sono finiti i lavori di ristrutturazione e nel febbraio 2012 dopo aver ottenuto le necessarie autorizzazioni abbiamo inaugurato il b&b. Più che un lavoro la nostra è una passione. Le camere sono frutto di un accurata ricerca del bello ed abbiamo evitato la mobilia standard dei grandi centri commerciali. Ogni camera è dotata di un bagno privato con bidet e i materassi sono tutti in memory di altissima qualità.  Cerchiamo anche di contenere i prezzi in quanto un Bed and Breakfast, è nostra convinzione ,non deve assolutamente costare più di un albergo per bello e di lusso che possa essere. Il nostro non è un Hotel o una Pensione ma un vero e simpatico oltre che elegante b&b e al Vostro arrivo sarete accolti nella nostra casa dove viviamo tutto l'anno. Una cosa importante da dirvi è che nonostante vivrete in casa nostra avrete sempre il 100% della Vostra privacy.Potrete entrare ed uscire con le vostre chiavi, ed alloggerete al piano terra che ha un ingresso indipendente solo per Voi.

Bed and Breakfast La Gioia e Sensi is a romantic Country house set amongst the olive groves and breathtaking views.

It offers the ideal stay for those who wich to discover the magic of Lazio.

You will find yourselves in the vicinity of Viterbo, a fascinating Medieval city located a the foot of the Cimini mountains, famous for it's thermal baths.

Umbria is located at approximately ten kilometres from the Bed and Breakfast, while Rome is only 70 kilometres via motorway.

Our guests can choose from a triple and a double room with the possibility to add another bed ( for a fee of  20 euros) in every room, with a maximum of 5+2 beds.

Guests can choose to be served a healthy breakfast in the winter garden or on the panoramic terrace.

Families who choose to share their rooms with children will have no costs for their children's stay.

Each room has a private and independent entrance from the garden, a private bathroom and all that is required to ensure a pleasant holiday.

A bicyclette is available to all guests at no cost.

Baby sitting service is available on request.

During the summer period speed boat trips on lake Bolsena can be organised.

There is also the opportunity to take a french intensive course with a french mother tongue teacher (for guests staying a minimum of 7 nights) of 5 hours a day at a cost of 10 euro an hour for two people and 7 euro for one person.

La maison d’hotes “La Gioia dei Sensi” est une romantique country house entourée d’oliviers séculaires qui jouit  d’un panorama à vous couper le souffle:le séjour idéal pour découvrir la magie du Latium.Vous vous trouvez dans les environs de Viterbo,une charmante petite ville médiévale  aux pieds des Monts Cimini,réputée  pour ses bienfaisantes eaux thermales.La magnifique Ombrie se trouve à quelques kilomètres du bed and breakfast et Rome par autoroute n’est située qu’à 70 km.

Nous offrons à nos hotes une chambre triple à 105 euros et une chambre double à 80 euros avec la possibilité d’un lit supplémentaire(20 euros) dans chaque chambre.

Un petit-déjeuner abondant et bio sera servi dans le jardin d’hiver ou sur la terrasse panoramique.

Les enfants qui dorment avec leurs parents bénéficieront du séjour gratuit.

Chaque chambre a une entrée indépendante qui donne sur le jardin,une salle de bains privée et tout ce qui est nécessaire pour passer d’agréables vacances.

On organise également pendant la belle saison des sorties en bateau privé pour admirer les merveilles du Lac de Bolsena.

Die” Gioa dei Sensi” ( die Freude der Sinne) ist ein romantisches Bed and Breakfast country Haus das inmitten Olivenbaeumen in einer atemlosen Umgebung liegt.

Ein idealer Ort und Aufenthalt fuer Gaeste die Laziums  Magie entdecken wollen.

Ihr befindet euch in der naehe von Viterbo ein mittelalterliches staedtchen am boden der Monti Cimini reich an Geschichte und Kultur. Bekannt auch fuer seine Termalen Baeder ( Terme dei Papi). Auch das bluehende Umbrien ( 20 km entfernt) ist schnell erreichbar mit der Autobahn.

Verfuegbar sind fuer unsere Gaeste ein Drei-Bettzimmer und ein Doppel-Betttzimmer, man kann ein Zusatz Bett dazu stellen fuer 20 Euro, bis insgesamt max 7 Betten. Im Wintergarten oder  auf der Terasse mit seinem sehr schoenen Panorama wird ein natuerliches Fruehstueck herrgerrichtet.

 Kinder bis fuenf  Jahre haben ihren Aufenthalt kostenfrei. Jedes Zimmer hat ein privates Badezimmer und einen freien , diskreten Ausgang in den Garten und all das was man braucht fuer  nette Ferien  verbringen zu koennen. Fuer 20 Euro steht eine Kueche zu Verfuegung fuer die Gaeste des Drei- Bettzimmer.

Fahrraeder stehen zur Verfuegung Gratis. Es waere auch  moeglich  ein Baby-sitting Dienst.

Zur Sommerzeit werden Ausfluege am Bolsena See mit Motorboot organisiert.

Muttersprachige Lehrerin gibt  die Moeglichkeit Franzoesisch zu lernen.
